All products sold by {{ shop_name }} are digital, downloadable products (PDF files) delivered electronically. Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to read the product description before buying.

When we will help

• If your download link doesn't arrive, check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still hasn't arrived within a few hours, contact us and we'll resend it.
• If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open, contact us with details and we'll send a working replacement file at no cost.
• If you were charged more than once for the same order in error, contact us and we'll correct it.
